Code violations found at property

On December 4, the Village of Brockport Code Enforcement Officer Scott Zarnstorff assisted the Brockport Police Department in their investigation of a person assaulted and robbed outside of 56 King Street due to the conditions of the residence.

Unsanitary conditions, as well as occupancy violations and the removal of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors by the occupants, were found at the residence.

Tickets were issued by the police department for the sale of alcohol to minors and the owner of the property was cited for occupancy violations due to the number of persons residing at 56 King Street.
