NYS flags Assemblyman Bill Reilich presents a flag to Specialist Becky Fisher of Rochester, Lance Corporal Dan Ollies of Spencerport and PFC Aaron Giannetto of Greece. Reilich presents New York state flags for any departing or returning military personnel who are currently serving the country.
