Hilton students receive Gutenberg Awards

Hilton High School graphic art students of teacher Tait Loe were presented with National Gutenberg Awards this month at Rochester Institute of Technology. The awards are sponsored annually by the International Association of Printing House Craftsmen, Inc. and the International Graphic Arts Teachers Association which judges entries presented in portfolio format. Students winning Gutenberg Awards for their projects in printing and screen printing from left are: Technology teacher Tait Loe; Jarett Duchyns, second place Process Color/Lithography; James Wegner, fifth place Process Color/Lithography; Aaron Bauer; second place Spot Color/Screen/Paper and third place Process Color/Lithography; and (not pictured) James Henshaw, second place Process Color/Lithography.
