Local Elks supply third-graders with dictionaries

David Yeaw, Exalted Ruler of the Brockport Elks Lodge 2110, told students at Brockport's Barclay Elementary School that their new dictionaries would last them a lifetime if they took care of them.

Yeaw, along with members of the Elks Lodge, Tim Ainsworth, David Crowley, Michael Cunningham, Jack Hall, George Kippley and Robert Yerico, made sure each third grade student received a dictionary. Last year's program was such a success they wanted to continue distributing the dictionaries to this year's third graders.
