Brockport Post Office earns USPS 5 Star customer service award

The Brockport Post Office has been recognized as a five-star Post Office.

The Gallup Organization surveys USPS customers, asking them to rate local Post Offices on efficiency, accuracy of delivery, consistency of delivery and wait-time in line. The Brockport Post Office received five star status based on the number of "Excellent" ratings they received, according to the United States Postal Service.

"We're proud of the outstanding service we provide to the customers of Brockport," said Brockport Postmaster Donna Chichester. "And we are proud to be recognized by our patrons as a five-star Post Office."

The Brockport Post Office delivers to over 7,300 residential and business addresses in the greater Brockport area, according to the USPS.
