Byron-Bergen Alumni Hall of Fame seeking nominations

The Byron-Bergen Alumni Hall of Fame was established in 2003, and is a partnership between the Byron-Bergen Educational Foundation and the board of education. The purpose of the Alumni Hall of Fame is two-fold: to recognize the achievements and contributions of the district's graduates to society, and to provide students with positive role models. Up to four Hall of Fame inductees will be selected this year.

The Alumni Hall of Fame is in the high school adjacent to the auditorium and consists of plaques honoring the inductees and their accomplishments. A ceremony and reception are held in September to celebrate the induction of the nominees into the Alumni Hall of Fame.

Nomination forms are available on the school's Website: www.bbcs.k12.ny.us. The forms are due by May 1, and should be sent to Gregory C. Geer, Superintendent of Schools, 6917 West Bergen Road, Bergen, New York 14416.
