Thorne, Elsie, of Wolcott, on March 23, 2006 at the age of 80. She is predeceased by her husband, Lester; and daughter, Constance. She is survived by her sons, Hugh (Patty) Thorne of Newark, Colin (Gail) Thorne of Washington, D.C., Howard (Margaret) Thorne of Holley, Robert (Tami) Thorne of San Antonio, Texas, Francis (Andrea) Thorne of Christmas, Florida; daughters, Joan (Eric) Watson of Penn Yan, Virginia (Kent) Lermond of Ohio, Penny (David) Nolin of Port Byron; a brother, Leonard (Uti) Armlin of Tennessee; sister, Lillian Horn of Wolcott; 42 grandchildren; several great grand and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held March 27 at Stevens Funeral Home, Marion. Interment, Marion Cemetery. Donations can be made to Stevens Funeral Home, P.O. Box 41, Marion, NY 14505 in her memory.


BROCKPORT

Mehserle, Carol A., On March 25, 2006, at the age of 66. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Louis W.; children, Tracy (Ernest) Ross, Michael, Gregory A. (Patti), Vicki Lynn (Jon) Remington; six grandchildren, Jamie (Brady) Chapman, James Mehserle, Phillip and Rachael Remington, Kelly and Jessica Mehserle; sisters, Betty (Peter) Barber, Helen (Richard) Rubino, Barbara (Gary) Webster; brothers, Harold (Lorna) and Richard (Betty) Brundage; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held March 30 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery, Brockport. Donations can be made to Brockport food Shelf or Lakeside Memorial Hospital Intensive Care Unit in her memory.


CHURCHVILLE

Anderson, Bruce, March 13, 2006 at age 60, in Thermopolis, Wyoming, formerly of Churchville. He is survived by his wife Charlene; his sons, Robert of Kennewick, Washington and Michael (Mitzi) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; grandchildren Kevin and Jennifer; sister-in-law Marjorie Anderson (Donald) Maas of Chili. He was predeceased by his parents Lewis Stuart Anderson and Grace (Lamb) Anderson and his brother James S. Anderson. He was a Navy veteran of Viet Nam and was an avid sportsman.

Funeral Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family.


CLARENDON

Kreighbaum, Ola E., age 86 of Clarendon, formerly of Albion, died March 27, 2006 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital, Brockport. She was predeceased by her husband, George on March 19 of this year. She is survived by her daughters Darlene (Raymond) Wilson of New Hampshire and Diane (William) Dawson of Brockport along with her grandsons Tyler and Joseph and several nieces and nephews. Ola was a member of the Gaines-Carlton Community Church and had been a Sunday School teacher at that church for many years. She was also active in the Twig Association at the former Arnold Gregory Hospital in Albion.

A Funeral Service was held April 2 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Albion. Burial in Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Gaines-Carlton Community Church or to the American Heart Association.


HAMLIN

Castrechino, Cecile A., March 23, 2006, age 81. Predeceased by her husband, Lawrence. Survived by her daughter, Bernice (Robert) Avel.

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Rochester Sclerosis Association in her memory.


SPENCERPORT

•DeRose, Shirley A., March 24, 2006 at the age of 74. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph V. DeRose and brother, Warren Veale. Survived by her children, Anne Austin, Cathy Vancassele, Joseph A. (Theresa) DeRose, Mary (Jim) Luty, Theresa Barker; 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, June Reynolds; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services were held March 28 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Spring interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
