BROCKPORT

Baxter, Brian C. "Hot Dog", on July 4, 2006 at the age of 48. Survived by his son, Brian, Jr. (Kristen); three grandchildren; three sisters, Karen (Richard) Adamski, Kathy Baxter, Joanne (Steve) Kanicsar; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held July 8 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment Garland Cemetery for Brian and his father, Robert B. Baxter. Contributions can be made to The American Diabetes Association in his memory.


CHURCHVILLE

Burling, Ronald G. "Corn Husker," Sunday, July 2, 2006, at age 63. Predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Ruby Burling. Survived by his devoted and loving partner of 38 years Margaret A. DeBerger; his niece Michelle (Ray) McCarthy and their children, Ashley, Katelyn and Miranda; many more family members and dear friends.

A Funeral Service was held July 6 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Churchville. Interment, Riga Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Churchville Lions Club in his memory.


CLARENDON

Elkins, Shirley A., June 29, 2006. Shirley is survived by her husband, James E. Elkins; children Lisa Brown, Joseph (Emily) Elkins, James (Michele McCall) Elkins, Edward Elkins, Pamela Elkins and Todd (Teresa) Elkins; 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Phil (Barbara) Hayes and Martin (Sandy) Hayes; her dog, Jingles; several nieces and nephews. Shirley was a retiree of Rochester Products where she worked for 25 years.

Services and interment were held privately. Donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road North, Rochester, NY 14609-5831 in her memory.


HAMLIN

•Anders, George S., June 29, 2006, age 83. He was predeceased by his wife, Marguerite. Survived by two sons, Michael (Jamie) and Gregory Anders; two sisters, Mary O'Neil and Louise Reichart; five grandchildren.

All services were private. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road North, Rochester 14609 in his memory.


HILTON

Bennett, Violet B., June 30, 2006, age 76. Predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Bennett; her mother and father, Rose D. and Gregory Britz. Survived by brother, Gregory (Nance) Britz of Boston; children, Charles (Anne), Gregory (Kathy), Mary Lynne, Mark, William (Mary), Robert (Christine): and grandchildren, Olivia, Alexandra, Liam, Luke, Caroline, Emma, Isabelle and Paige; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Violet received her bachelors degree in social services from Nazareth and masters in education from Brockport State. Violet was a daily Communicant of St. Leo's Parish, member of the Alter and Rosary Society and many other organizations and volunteer groups.

A Memorial Service was held July 5 at St. Leo's Church, Hilton. Contributions can be made to St. Leo's Church or Visiting Nurse Service Hospice, 2180 Empire Boulevard, Webster, NY 14580-2029.


PARMA

McPhee, Ryan J., June 29, 2006, at age 11, after a courageous 6 1/2 year battle with leukemia. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Jill McPhee; sister, Shannon McPhee; maternal grandparents, Albert and Margie Perna; paternal grandparents, Larry and Marcia McPhee; aunts and uncles, Deb (Kelly) Bramlett, Diane (Tom Jr.) Dacey, Jennifer Perna, Laurie Spaulding, Ron Spaulding; cousins, Taylor and Kyle Dacey; many loving and caring family and dear friends. Ryan was a 5th grader at Quest Elementary in Hilton and he played for the U11 Boys Hilton Heat Soccer Team.

A Memorial Mass was said July 6 at St. Lawrence Church. Interment Private. SPENCERPORT

Azzolina, Robert T. "Bob," July 1, 2006 at age 63. Predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Rose Azzolina. Survived by his wife of 42 years, Sharon A.; sons, Daniel J. (Joanne) and Douglas J. (Jennifer) Azzolina; granddaughters, Olivia and Grace; brother, Gary J. (Karen) Azzolina; sister, Gail J. (W. Steve) Martin; several nieces and nephews. Bob was a former member of the Spencerport Fire Department and an employee of Ogden Telephone and his specialties were antiques and woodworking.

A Funeral Mass was said July 6 at St. John's Church, Spencerport. Interment, St. John's Cemetery. Contribu-tions can be made to Lifetime Care Hospice or the Spen-cerport Fire Department in his memory.
