Brockport lacrosse teams win title

On Saturday, December 30, members of the Brockport High School JV and Varsity Lacrosse teams traveled to Sahlen's Sports Park in Elma for the LAX MAS BASH. The tournament hosted 16 teams from Western New York.

The Brockport Team won its division with wins over teams from West Seneca and Williamsville, with scores of 5-4 and 7-1 respectively and a 3-3 tie with a team from Hamburg. They lost in the semi-finals to a second team from Hamburg with a score of 12-7.

Team members included Sean Bittner, Jake Burns, Tucker English, Wil Glynn, Trevor Hayward, Connor Mykins, Adam Nauerth, Jon Pacitto, Eric Parmelee, Ryan Parmelee, Sean Ryan, Tyler Sutphen, Dylan White and Andrew Willis. The team was coached by Varsity Coach Ryan Egan and recently hired JV Coach Jon Vanhuben. Adam Nauerth was named to the first string all tournament team for his attack position.

The team continues its off-season efforts at Total Sports Experience winter league.
