Churchville-Chili School budget hearing
and candidate's night planned

The Board of Education of the Churchville-Chili Central School District will hold their Budget Hearing and Candidates' Night on Tuesday, May 1 at 7 p.m. in the Board of Education conference room, located in the administration office behind the Intermediate School at 139 Fairbanks Road, Churchville.

Board candidates running for election this year are incumbents Steven Grogan and Kathleen Dillon, and newcomer Ronald Horton.

Churchville-Chili Central School District residents unable to vote in person Tuesday, May 15, because of college, disabilities, illness, travel or other reasons listed as valid under election law, may request applications for absentee ballots by contacting the Churchville-Chili Central School District Clerk's office at 293-1800, ext. 2305 or in person at 139 Fairbanks Road. Requests for mailed ballots must be received by Tuesday, May 8. Residents, who wish to pick up their absentee ballot in person, may apply through Monday, May 14. The deadline for the return of all ballots to the district office is 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 15. Under education law, ballots are invalid if received later than 5 p.m. May 15, regardless of the postmark date.
