is Business Educator of the Year The Monroe County Business Educators Association named Spencerport High School Business teacher Michael Blackwell the Monroe County Business Educator of the Year. Blackwell is teacher leader of the Spencerport Central School District's Business Department and coordinator of the Spencerport High School Senior Project. In 2000, Wal-Mart recognized Blackwell as its local Teacher of the Year. Melissa Garofalo and Kelly Inzinga, members of the Spencerport High School Busiess Department, nominated their Teacher Leader for the MCBEA Award.
