Nutrition Education Team
at Genesee County Farmers' Market

The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Genesee County nutrition educators and the SMART Center Mobile Unit will be at the Genesee County Farmers' Market from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday, June 15 through October 26. The nutrition educators will prepare different recipes made from locally-grown fresh produce donated by farmers' market vendors. The public will be able to sample recipes and get answers to nutrition questions.

The SMART Center Mobile Unit will offer interactive programs and activities pertaining to agriculture, gardening and more.

The Farmers' Market takes place every Tuesday and Friday from June 12 to October 26, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the K-Mart parking lot, located on Route 63 at the intersection of Lewiston Road and Park Road in Batavia.
