BROCKPORT

•Angell, Helen F., On June 1, 2007 age 91. Predeceased by her husband Ervin; grandson Andy Sutton; three brothers and two sisters. Survived by her daughters Ann (James) Sutton, Sally (Jack) Kirby; granddaughter Heather Sutton; step grandson Scott Kirby; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held June 5 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Brockport in her memory.


Donahue, Margaret "Tut," On May 31, 2007, at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband, Frank Donahue. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Donahue, Patrica Schaad (Russell); and her son, Jack Donahue. Margaret also leaves four grandsons, Christopher Arnold, Mark Arnold, Patrick Donahue and Brian Donahue; four great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated June 9 at Church of the Nativity, Brockport. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.


Kinnicutt, Joan G., 76, of Ft. Pierce, Florida died May 26, 2007. Formerly of Brockport. Survivors include her daughter Janet Mutter of Ft. Pierce and her son John B. (Diane) Kinnicutt of Rochester. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 46 years John B. Kinnicutt, former Undersheriff of Monroe County.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Brockport. Memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Brockport, 124 Main Street, Brockport 14420.


HAMLIN

Andrews, Laurie A. (Huff), May 31, 2007. Predeceased by her father, Wesley Huff. Survived by her husband, Paul C. Andrews Sr.; children, Courtney (Cameron World) Andrews and Paul Andrews Jr.; mother, Joyce Huff; brothers and sister, Wesley C. (Char) Huff, Robert (Mary) Huff, Daniel (Sandra) Huff and Megan Huff; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.

A Funeral Service was held June 8 at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, Inc. Greece. Interment private.


Pochalski, Eugene R., June 5, 2007. Gene is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Roseann Pochalski; son, Michael Pochalski; daughter, Christine Pochalski; grandchildren Michael, Christopher, Joseph, Tommy and Michaela; great grandchildren, Steven and Benjamin; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; many friends. Eugene is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Gosnell, Nettie W., June 1, 2007, age 88 in Seabring, Florida. She is survived by her husband, Harry T. Gosnell; her son, Ronald (Dorothy) Gosnell; grandchildren, Rhonda (David) Batchelder, Tamara Lever, Jim (Karen) Dawson, Kim (Dave) Evans; five great-grandchildren; her brothers, Gerald Webster Sr., and Raymond (Betty) Webster; sister, Beatrice (Leland) Masters; many nieces and nephews.

Tucker, Margaret Ruth, June 5, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles A. Tucker Sr., December 2006. Survived by her children, Leah (Ralph) Wehner, Charles A. Tucker Jr., and Lynn (Steve) Piskorowski; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; loving former daughter-in-law, Wende Tucker; nieces and nephews.

HOLLEY

Gleason, Elizabeth "Betty" J., Suddenly, June 3, 2007. On June 7, 1952 she married Bob Gleason in Fillmore at the United Methodist Church (now the Friends in Christ United Methodist Church). Together they raised three children, David (Diane), Ruth (Donald) Barone and Rebecca (Richard) Hendel. Proud grandmother of Katherine and Elizabeth Gleason, Michael (Jenny), Andrew, and Daniel Barone, Adam and Lauren Hendel as well as great grandmother of Breia Barone. She is survived by her sister Fay Greenwood and two brothers, John and Tom Jensen; several nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. Active member of Rochester Button Club, Towpath Button Club of Brockport, and Orleans County Quilt Guild and the Orleans County Home Bureau. She was also a member of the Orleans County Board of Elections, past president of NYS Button Society.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on June 23 at Clarkson Community Church. Donations can be made to American Cancer Society in her memory.


Newland, Thelma I., age 73, formerly of Thomas Estates, died June 3, 2007 in the Hurlbut Nursing Home following a long illness. Thelma was predeceased by her husband James W. Newland Sr. She is survived by her children: Patrick Conner of Brockport, Deborah Cotto of Holley, James Newland Jr. of Rochester; brother: George (Geneva) Morrow of Missouri; sister: Pearl (Carl) Tabone of Missouri; grandchildren: Sherry Newland, Christopher Lee, Nicole Newland, Rebecca Lee, John Paul Newland; great grandchildren: Cody Newland, Hayley Gray, Casey Torak; her mother: Lela Morrow of Missouri; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends Kathleen (Robert) Wence and family.

A Funeral Service was held June 8 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Holley. Interment, Hillside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the family in her memory.


NORTH CHILI

Piendel, Theodore S. (Teddy), Suddenly, June 3, 2007. Survived by his loving parents, Theodore and Patricia Piendel; loving sister, Erica; grandparents, Sal and Ginny Catalino and Theodore and Eleanor Piendel; beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. Teddy's passion was baseball but he also excelled in many other sports.

A Funeral Mass was said June 8 at St. Pius the Tenth Church. Interment St. Pius Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Ronald McDonald House within the hospital, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14612.


SPENCERPORT

Baxter, Robert M., June 4, 2007, at age 86. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Helen M. Baxter; his children, Gary (Donna) Baxter, Nancy (Marc) Berry and June Collins; brothers, Carl (Nancy) Baxter, Alfred (Charlotte) Baxter; sister-in-law, Dorothy Baxter, nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co., member of Hilton Clio Masonic Lodge, The Eastern Star Chapter of Hilton and American Legion Sheret Post #35 of Albion. During WWII, Bob was an AAF radio operator on many flights in the China Burma India Theater.

A Memorial Service will be held June 17 at 2 p.m. at Greece United Methodist Church, 1924 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY 14626. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.


Bertsch, Bradley A., June 1, 2007, at age 50. Predeceased by his father Albert H. Bertsch Jr. He is survived by his mother, Irene C. Bertsch; sister, Karen Cullen; closest and dearest friend and partner in life Karen Hylbert; aunts and uncles Monie (Jerry) Webster, Julia Bayer, Jim (Anna) Gardner, Clarence "Mark" Gardner, Norma Van de Water, Jim (Sandy) Bertsch; several cousins, especially Roxanne and Julianne Webster and many dear friends and including special friends Harry Diaz, Tina Moran and his four-legged friend Rocky.

Kotlarczuk, Anna, May 31, 2007. Predeceased by her husband, Jaroslaw and her son, Thomas. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and many close friends in-cluding Mykola and Maria Lylak.
