Spencerport supports Bernabi School health fair

Bernabi Elementary School in Spencerport held its first Health Fair with a theme taken from the school motto "Good Health Makes Bernabi Shine!" Students in grades K through 5 visited with representatives from local agencies to learn how to stay healthy, fit and safe.

Students also learned more about how to make healthy food choices. Organizer and Health Teacher Leader Elizabeth Heieck thanked all the Spencerport agencies that volunteered their time.

Those that participated were: Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance, Spencerport Volunteer Fire Department, Spencerport Family Medicine, Spencerport Schools Food Services, American Lung Association, American Heart Association, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Dr. Rivoli, Ogden Recreation, Family Fun Yoga, Williams Martial Arts, Wegmans and Rochester Razor Sharks.
