On Friday, June 8, Stephanie Mondy was awarded the 4th annual Donald White Music Award at the Brockport High School Band Banquet. White was an accomplished trumpet player who faithfully supported the Brockport Music programs in which his grandchildren participated. In his memory, the award is given each year to a graduating senior who exemplifies a passion for music through dedication, achievement, leadership and superb musicianship and demonstrates strong character and has been a positive influence to others.
