Hilton-Parma Recreation hosted its annual Halloween Celebration, with over 350 costumed youth and their parents, on Saturday, October 20. The festivities began with a parade showcasing the children and continued at the Village Community Center with face painting, games, wagon and horse rides, and live entertainment. Dozens of community organizations, businesses, and enthusiastic individuals contributed their time, talents, and energy to ensure a successful event.
