Supreme champion

For the first time in many years, a hereford reigned supreme at the New York State Fair 4-H Show. After advancing from the cow/calf class, the two-year-old, Shortcake, and her March bull calf, Bear, were tapped as the Grand Champion Hereford by Judge Becky Rugenstein. With help from Chris Dermody, Tom Smith prepped the pair for the supreme champion drive, where the pair would compete against the Grand Champion Charolais and the Grand Champion Shorthorn. Here Shortcake and Bear would be tapped, this time as the Supreme Rotation Champion.
