AREA
Dentinger, James A., of Rochester, February 1, 2009, age 60. Loving father of Shannon and Shane; brother of Diane (Thomas) Blum, Dr. Mark Dentinger and Jane Dentinger; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Jim was a dedicated teacher who helped many students on a personal level at Spencerport High School for over 30 years.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated February 6 at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church. Contributions can be made to James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, University of Rochester Gift Office, P.O. Box 23029, Rochester, NY 14692 in his memory.
Oosterling, William J., of Barre; age 77, February 2, 2009. Predeceased by daughter Brenda and brother Peter. Survived by his wife of 48 years Fran: sons: Derrick, Scott (Tina); three grandchildren: Michael Betties, Justin and Melissa. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army Band. Mr. Oosterling was an instrumental music teacher in the Spencerport School District for many years.
A Memorial Service was held February 7 at Barre Center Presbyterian Church. Interment, Mt. Albion Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Barre Center Presbyterian Church or the Barre Fire Company in his memory.
BERGEN
Austin, Norma I., January 29, 2009, age 81. Survivors include four daughters, Patricia (Donald) Anox of Virginia, Lela (Terry) Ladd of Spencerport, Judy (David) Squires of Arizona and Debra (Jeff) Perry of Spencerport; a sister, Betty Deon of Texas; a daughter-in-law, Judy Austin of Bergen; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held February 3 at H. E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, Bergen. Burial in Mt. Rest Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association, Western New York Chapter, 2805 Wehrle Drive, Suite 6, Williamsville, NY 14221 in her memory.
BROCKPORT
Manitsas, George, On February 3, 2009 at the age of 79. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Mary Manitsas, brothers William and Dennis, sister Rose Cousins. He is survived by his sisters-in-law Irene Manitsas and Gloria Manitsas; nieces Mary Donahue and Julia Cousins; nephews Jason Manitsas and Daniel Cousins. George was a former employee of the Brockport Central Schools.
A Memorial Service was held February 5 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Spring interment. Contributions can be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Brockport or to a charity of one's choice in his memory.
CHURCHVILLE
Bauer, Charles D. Sr., January 24, 2009 at age 76. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Deanna (King) Bauer; his children Charles (Beth) Bauer Jr., Daniel (Holly) Bauer, Deanna (Paul) Hogle, John (Mary) Bauer and Michael Bauer; brother George Howard Bauer; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was an Army veteran, a retiree of Walz & Krenzer and was the leader of the musical group "Bauer Power."
A Memorial Service was held February 2 at Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church, North Chili. Contributions in his memory can be made to benefit Mr. Bauer's grandson, Elijah Bauer, in care of his parents, John and Mary Bauer, 148 Amity Street, Spencerport, NY 14559.
Osgood, Lauren D., January 27, 2009 at age 68. He was predeceased by his brother Charles "Ted" Osgood. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Anne (Hale) Osgood; his daughters Donna (Eric) Winter of Rush and Lisa (Robert) Dano of Stafford, Virginia; three grandchildren Meghan and Ryan Donohue, Katelyn Winter; his brother Gerald (Phyllis) Osgood; sister-in-law Phyllis Osgood; several nieces and nephews. He was a Navy veteran with over 20 years of service.
A Memorial Service was held February 6 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Churchville. Spring interment, Riga Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or Center for Palliative Care, 601 Elmgrove Avenue, P.O. Box 687, Rochester, NY 14642 in his memory.

Beehler, Dorothy Marie, Peacefully on February 4, 2009. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Gary Sr.; children Kim (Ken) Pruner, Gary Jr., Lori (Jon) Roat; eight grandchildren who love and will miss her dearly; two brothers; one sister, and her loyal dog Cricket.

Crawford, Jean Hincher, January 21, 2009, age 88. Formerly of Hamlin, Florida and Texas; daughter of the late Millard and Nellie Hincher. Predeceased by her husband, Jock Crawford; sisters, Marjorie Haight and Helen Smallridge. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin in the Spring.
HILTON
Boyle, Randolph R. Jr. "Randy," Suddenly at Hilton East on January 29, 2009 at the age of 80. He is survived by his close friend Helen Chrisley and Family, two sons and a daughter. Randy was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran.
A Memorial Mass was celebrated February 5 at Hilton East Assisted Living Community. Private interment.
Longer, Karin K., January 29, 2009, age 70. Survived by her husband Glen Longer; her children, Glenn (Debby) Longer and Kelly (Tim) Irwin; her brother, Harry (Dr. Nariman) Kohn; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her niece, Charity Kohn. Predeceased by her mother, Ida Peet, January 28, 2008.
Funeral Services will be private followed by interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
Rich, Anthony F., January 25, 2009. Survived by his children, Marian (Ken) Montgomery, Anthony (Marilyn) Rich, James, Joseph and Albert Rich and their mother, Virginia Rich; grandchildren, Christine, Michael, Kayla and Jenna.

Anderson, Scott David, January 28, 2009 at age 44. He was an Assistant Principal in the Brockport Central School District. Predeceased by his father, George Anderson; grandparents, Thomas and Edna Anderson, Joseph Sr. and Emma Barone; uncles, Jack Anderson, Robert Mothorp; aunt Barbara Barone. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cindy (Zink) Anderson; daughter, Kaitlin; son Brian; mother, Catherine B. Anderson; sister, Kimberly A. (Tom) Piccirillo; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Gwendolyn Zink; sisters-in-law, Stephanie (Randy) Kummer, Emilie (Peter) Barry; niece and nephews, Alexa and Thomas Piccirillo, Michael and Joey Kummer, Liam and Luke Barry; aunts, Jean (Peter) Gardiner, Joan Anderson, Marge Mothorp; uncle, Joseph Barone, Jr.; many loving cousins; special friends, Bob Conrad, John Gear, David Hurrell, Mark Keefe, Thom Mooney, Don Pallozzi.

Culhane, Thomas P. Jr., February 3, 2009 at age 89. He was predeceased by his wife Jane (Mullaly) Culhane, his daughter Anne Ellen Galanti, his brothers Francis (Mary) and Leland Joseph (Eileen) Culhane and his loving companion of 27 years Bethyn Mason. He is survived by his loving and devoted son Dennis (Irene) Culhane; son-in-law John Galanti, grandchildren Katie and Laura Culhane, Catherine (Bill) Tortorice and Kelly (Steve) King; great-grandchildren Billy and Brooklyn Tortorice, Rubi and Braydon King; sister Patty (Leo) Zawacki; his extended family David Mason, Donna (Tony) DiNapoli, Diane (Phil) Coulton and Debby (Doug) Fahrer and extended grandchildren; his fateful cat "Big Eyes." Tom was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co., an Army Air Corps veteran of WWII, a member of Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330 and was a past committeeman of the Ogden Democratic Party.

Quigley, John A. "Jack," January 29, 2009 at age 84. He was predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Margaret Quigley and his brother William. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Laura J. Quigley; his children Susan (Arthur) Wilcox, David (Elizabeth) Quigley and Karen Quigley; his brothers Robert (Joan) Quigley and Donald (Patricia) Quigley; seven grandchildren including Jesse Buell; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Jack was a retiree of the New York Central Railroad, a Life Member of Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330, a member of Eastern Orleans Memorial Post #202 VFW and Brockport Elks Lodge #2110.

Widzinski, Jerome J. "Jerry", February 1, 2009. Predeceased by his first wife, Eleanor; and daughter, Karen Rodomski; and brothers, Tom and Dennis Widzinski. Survived by his loving wife, Joanne; children, Scott (Roxanne), Quinn, David (Nancy), Joseph (Tammy) Palamitia, Lisa (Michael) Whisker; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Melanie Gurney; several nieces and nephews. Retired from Monroe Community College as Director of Facilities.
