•Brennan, Thomas J. “Old Man,” February 6, 2010, at age 70. Predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Agnes Brennan; sister, Barbara; beloved mother-in-law, Stella, and father-in-law, Andy. He is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Tammy (Junior) Ruiz, Tommy Brennan, TJ (Wendi) Brennan, and Christina Crafts; grandchildren, Zack, Nick, Kyle, Tommy, Evan, Alisha, Brian, Danielle, Shaun and Lauro; sister, Teresa (Bill) Ayotte; brother, Pat (Joanne) Brennan; brother-in-law, Dan (Claudia) Geniton; sister-in-law, Patty Matusak; nieces, nephews and many close friends. Thomas retired from Teamsters Local #398.

Funeral Services were held February 11 at New Comer Funeral Home, Greece. Private interment. Contributions can be made to Strong Memorial Foundation Palliative Care Unit, 300 East River Road, Box 278996, Rochester 14627 in his memory.


CHURCHVILLE

•Elkins, Katherine M. “Kaye” (O’Brien), February 5, 2010, at the age of 82. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Rose O’Brien and her brother, Donald J. O’Brien. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Glenn C. Elkins; her sons, Dan and Scott Elkins; grandson Matthew Elkins; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Kaye graduated in 1949 from St. Mary’s Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at St. Mary’s and Unity Hospital before retiring in 2003.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated February 10 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Interment St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. OGDEN

•Karvounidis, George, February 8, 2010 at age 63. George was born in Greece and immigrated to the U.S. in 1969. Predeceased by his parents, Konstantinos and Despina. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Niki; beloved son, Kostas (Maria); daughter, Despina; grandchildren, Konstantina, Vasiliki, George and Vasilios. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Barbara; sisters, Angela, Anastasia (Isaak), Kiriaki (Demetrios), Soumela (Nick); brother-in-law, Alex (Harris); sister-in-law, Matina; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held February 11 at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, Rochester. Interment, Grove Place Cemetery.


SPENCERPORT

•Barrett, Esther G., formerly of Spencerport died February 5, 2010. Predeceased by husband George W. Barrett. Survived by children Kathryn (Douglas) Elliott, St. James City, Florida; G. Spencer (Patricia) Barrett, Rochester, Patricia Kennedy, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Robert (Linda) Barrett, Clarendon. Grandchildren Sara Barrett, Brett Barrett, Lisa Barrett, Nancy Elliott, John Elliott and Caroline Loughney (Elliott).

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to one’s favorite charity in her memory.


•Clark, Mary Agnes (Harold), February 4, 2010, at age 91. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Myron L. Clark; son, Mark Clark; daughters, Kathleen Clark, Jane (Joy Argento) Clark, Ann (Donald) Grove; grandchildren, Allison, Steven, Jamie, Jessica and Tony; sister, Adele Reeves; and special friend, Laurie O’Hara.

A Funeral Mass was said February 6 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Interment, St. John’s Cemetery, Spencerport. Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in her memory.


•Dixon, Michael Alan, Died suddenly on January 27, 2010 at age 53. He is predeceased by his father Richard E. Dixon. He is survived by his mother JoAnn K. Dixon; his daughter Tara and son Talon and their mom Michele. Also by sister Kathryn (Jeff); and brothers Mark, R. Gregory (Donna), John (Linda) and Robert; also many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Funeral Mass was said February 13 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport.


•Fosmire, Joyce K., On February 5, 2010 at the age of 85. She is survived by her daughters Barbara (Paul) Maxim, Deborah (Sam) Tanner, Christine (Mark) DiDomenico; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and good friends Margaret and Jim Clark.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Contributions can be made to the Mary Cariola Children’s Center in her memory.


•Wynn, Helen R., February 2, 2010 at age 70. She was predeceased by her husband Charles W. Wynn. She is survived by her children, Kimberly Campbell, Timothy C. (Mattea) Wynn, Fredrick C. Wynn; grandchildren, Christina W. Campbell, Charles F. Wynn, Connor F. Wynn, and great-grandchildren, Kayla E. Campbell; one brother and two sisters; several nieces and nephews. Helen was a retiree of General Motors Delco Products Division.
