•Mack, Margery, July 2, 2010 at age 87. Survived by two sons, Frank (Nancy) Mack and Mike Mack both of Albion; two grandchildren, Melissa (Joe Kubis) Derisley of Lockport, Tanya (Al Rich) Mack of Brockport; two great grandchildren, Patrick and Andrew Derisley; sisters-in-law, Gene Wolffe of Albion, Gertrude Wolffe of Malone; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, William and Harry Wolffe and sister Betty Coughlin.
Memorial Service was held July 7 at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, Albion. Burial in Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Swan Library, COVA or a charity of one’s choice in her memory.
BROCKPORT
•Murray, Teresa, June 30, 2010 at age 96. Teresa was predeceased by her husband, J. Howard Murray. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass was held July 3, at Holy Cross Church, Rochester. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
•Swanger, Alice J., On July 2, 2010 at the age of 83. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Donald; children Linda (Bruce) Schult, Terry (Kathy) Swanger, Vanessa (Jeff) Anchor, Ellen (Dale) Whipple, 11 grandchildren; 14 1/2 great grandchildren; brother Ulysses “Sonny” Shiffer; sisters Kate, Rhonda and Anna.
Funeral Services were held July 6 at Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment Lake View Cemetery. Those wishing can contribute to Lakeside Hospital 2nd floor and ICU in her memory.
•LaVilla, Christine M. (Viglino), July 5, 2010. Predeceased by her husband, Anthony LaVilla, brothers, Joseph and Anthony Viglino, sister, Clara Viglino. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria Jean Peters; son and daughter-in-law, Louis and Eileen LaVilla; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Gladys) Viglino of Virginia, Louis Viglino; sister, Fanny (Ralph) DiFiore; sisters-in-law, Ann Viglino, Angela LaVilla and Leona LaVilla; many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Funeral Mass was said July 9 at Holy Apostles Church. Interment, private. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in Christine’s name.
•Wagner, Christine M. “Chris,” On July 1, 2010 at age 62. Predeceased by her parents Simon and Dorothy Wagner; brother, David Wagner. She is survived her brothers, Fred (Karen) Wagner and Gene (Sharon) Block; sister-in-law, Roberta Wagner; many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Funeral Mass was said July 8 at St. Bonafice Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.
HAMLIN
•Bond, Lois “Jean” Payne, on July 1, 2010, at the age of 78. Predeceased by her two sons, Donald and Kenneth Bond. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Herbert H. Bond Sr. Jean leaves four sons Robert (Nancy) Bond, Richard (Sally) Bond, Herbert Jr. (Bobbie) Bond, Kevin (Debbie) Bond, two daughters, Deborah White and Linda Bond, 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, brother Kenneth and many nieces and nephews. The family thanks special caregivers Jean, Liz, Caraline and Kim of Westside Homecare and nurses from HCR.
A Funeral Service was held July 8 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lake View Cemetery. Special note: “Mother loved red roses.”

Survived by his wife, Linda (Guida) Doll; mother, Rosina Doll; step-children, Vincent (Tracy) Guarino, Lisa (David) Carstairs and Gary Sciarratta; grandchildren, Nicholas Feeney, Jenna Guarino and Anthony Guarino; sister, Heidimarie (Lawrence) Windhauser; nephews, Eric (Nina) Windhauser and Chris Windhauser; niece, Jennifer Windhauser; great-nieces and nephews; many dear friends.

•Kovacs, Stephen, July 4, 2010, age 72. Predeceased by his wife Margaret, 2005. Survived by his sons, Matthew (Christine) Seils, and Michael Kovacs; his grandchildren, Matthew and Sarah Seils; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

•Soehner, John B. “Big John”, June 30, 2010, age 84. Predeceased by his wife, Jane, 1995. Survived by his children, Karen (Kevin) Larkin, Michael and Sheila Soehner; two grandsons, Patrick and Brady Larkin; nieces and nephews; special friends including “Sam” Barton and Wayne Shue. He was a World War II Veteran, Combat Infantry, 99th Div., Bronze Star Recipient; DuPont retiree, Big Buck Club member, Giant Pumpkin Grower (Personal Best 711 pounds), World Traveler including four African safaris and a Charlotte Pier Regular.

•Schonleber, William J., Suddenly, June 29, 2010 at age 77. Survived by his daughters, Jill Hoel, Judy (Karl) Parker and Karen Schonleber; loving girlfriend, Grace DeAngelo; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Gary (Janet) Schonleber; sister Joan (John) Peck; seven of Grace’s children; many dear friends.

•Betlem, George Robert, June 16, 2010 at age 87. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Heidi and daughters Marcia Betlem and Laurie Betlem.
Services will be private. In remembrance of George’s life, friends are encouraged to make a donation to the charity of their choice.
•Sharpe, Willard E., June 30, 2010, at age 84. He was predeceased by his brothers, William and Robert Sharpe; sister, Myrtle Sharpe. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Lucy (DiDomenico); sons, Stephen (Shelley), Michael (Sandy); daughter, Elisa (David) Bond; grandchildren, Cassie (Jimmy) Courtney, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Chelsea, Nicole, Michael, Shaun, and Ian; great-grandchildren, Angelina, Luke, Dillon, Owen and Alexia; sisters, Mary Hendrix and Dolly (Levio) Cicciotti; brother, John (Marie) Sharpe; brother-in-law, Joseph DiDomenico; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Georgie Cubbiotti. •Sillen, Theresa Ann, July 6, 2010 at age 78. Survived by Alfons, her beloved husband of 52 years. She was a loving and devoted mother to Kurt (Stacy), Mark (Karen), Linda (Mike), Colette (Rod), Paul (Misty) and Erik (Leah); she also leaves behind 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Mom loved her God Jehovah and instilled that love in her family.
A Memorial Service was held July 10 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2929 Sweden-Walker Road (Route 260), Brockport.
