Lakeside nursing staff recognized - Marcia Wieczorek, a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Lakeside Health System, and Angela Eichelberger, a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Department, were the recipients of the Excellence in Nursing Award for 2000. The medical staff at Lakeside selects recipients for the award based on clinical judgment, compas-sion in patient care, commitment to Lakeside and to high quality patient care and interpersonal relationships with peers, staff members and physicians. Wieczorek, of Brockport, has been with Lakeside for more than 16 years. Eichelberger, who lives in Holley, has been employed at Lakeside for close to three years.
