Town of Hamlin residents will notice an increase in water bills due to a rate hike by the Monroe County Water Authority. Town of Hamlin water rates will increase from a rate of $2.35 to $2.45 per thousand gallons. Residents with questions can call the water department billing office at 964-2710, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
