The Monroe County Parks Department will offer an informational program on the River Otter Restoration Project Thursday, January 25, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Black Creek Park's Woodside Lodge. This presentation is open to the public. To register, call 334-3780. The fee is $2 for individuals or $6 for families.
