BROCKPORT

•Macperson, Neil, January 7, 2001 at the age of 67. Survived by his wife, Joan; his children, Michael (Constance), Daniel (Susan), John, Lisa (Dan) Gramlich, John (Brandi) Zavitz and Sara (Rob) Trapini; his sister, Shilagh Maxwell; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held January 10 at Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.


•Platner, Mildred E., January 6, 2001 at age 87. Predeceased by her husband, Lewis and daughter, Joann Gardner. Survived by her sons, Charles and Edwin and daughters, Thelma (David) DeMersman, Doris (John) Schwalback and Mary (Robert) Kramer; 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held January 11 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.


CHILI

•Doser, Warner F. "Toot Gibson", January 5 , 2001 at age 73. He is survived by his sons, Scott (Roberta) Doser and James (Elizabeth) Doser; brothers, Roger and Richard Doser; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild. He was predeceased by a dear friend, Regina Kearney.

Mr. Doser was an avid member of S.A.S.S., the Longriders, Four Point Sportsman's Club and the Genesee Conservation League. He was a construction manager with the Werner Spitz Construction Company for many years.

A Memorial Service was held January 9 in the Interfaith Chapel of Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. Memorials can be made to the Penfield Music Commission Project, 25 High School Drive, Penfield, 14526.


CHURCHVILLE

•Klafehn, Shaun D., January 3, 2001. Graduated with high honors from Churchville High School. He is survived by his mother, Lena (Bill) Belsher; father, Kevin Klafehn; one sister, Skyler Belsher; four brothers, Tanner Belsher, Dustin Klafehn, Jeff Klafehn and Kevin Jr. (Diane) Klafehn; maternal grandparents, Archie and Rita Lalonde; paternal grandmother, Nina Mayes; step-paternal grandparents, John and Joyce Knoepfler; three aunts, Robin Harris, Linda (James) Phelan and Kris Klafehn; three uncles, Gary (Eileen) Lalonde, Gil (Connie) Lalonde, Dan (Janice) Lalonde; niece, Lauren Klafehn; several cousins.

A Funeral Mass was held January 6 at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.


CLARKSON

•Fogarty, Grace M., suddenly, January 5, 2001 at age 82. Widow of John Fogarty. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Leo Grover; two grandchildren, Bonnie (Robert) Gargano, Brian (Sarah) Grover; two great grandchildren, Alexander Gargano and Samantha Grover; two sisters, Elizabeth (Stanley) Marshall, Nancy (James) Perry, Sr.; several nieces and nephews.

A Prayer Service was held January 7, at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home Inc., Hilton. Private interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery.


HILTON

•Decker, Gladys R., January 3, 2001 at age 93. She is survived by her sons, Roger and Carl Decker; five grandchildren, Phyllis, Paul, Beth, Thomas (Denise) and Karen Decker.

A private graveside service will be held at Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Wedgewood Nursing Home, 5 Church Street, Spencer-port in her memory.


•Everding, William F., January 5, 2001 at age 80. He is survived by his wife, Ruth E. Everding; two sons, William G. (Bonnie) and Jeffrey F. Everding; three grandchildren, April, Shannon and Scott Everding; one great-grandaughter, Taylor.

A private family funeral was held at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc. Those wishing may contribute to the American Cancer Society.


•Kasky, Helen R., January 2, 2001, predeceased by her husband, Thomas J. Kasky. She is survived by her son, Thomas J. (Sandra) Kasky; siblings Louise Boswell, Joseph (Harriett) Hull, Norma Wiltse, James (Suzanne) Hull, Jean Hull and Donald Hull; two grandchildren, Kathryn and Kristen Kasky; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

•Schug, Doreen E., December 31, 2000 at age 78. Widow of Peter Schug. She is survived by her children, Cathleen (Allen) Britton, Kristine (Werner) Stumpf, Michael Schug and Steven Haggarty; three grandchildren, Peter Stumpf, Stephanie (David) Barrett and Tracey Britton.

NORTH CHILI

•Miller, Mae Root, peacefully on December 15, 2000. Survivors are her children, Marilyn of San Diego, California, Cheri (Steve) Klumpp of Wheeling, Illinois, Randy (Holly) of Groveland; four grandsons, Andy Klumpp, Jonathan Drew, Daniel and Adam Miller; In-laws, Bob and Alice Miller of Canada and her cousins, Virginia Wynings and George Bosse.

She was predeceased by Cyril, her husband of 49 years. She elected to donate her body to the University of Rochester Anatomical Gift Program.

A Memorial Services was held January 6 at the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour. Memorials can be made to the Lutheran Church of Our Saviour Memorial Fund, 2415 Chili Avenue, Rochester 14624.


PARMA

•Henchen, Julia R., January 7, 2001 at age 86. She is survived by her brother, John Henchen; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Edward, Walter, Robert, William and George Henchen, Ann Staples and Elizabeth Cooper, and a special friend, Neil Johnson.

Funeral Mass was said January 11 at Nativity Church, Brockport. Spring interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery. Those wishing may offer Masses or contribute to Hospice of Orleans County in her memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Brown, Helen C. January 3, 2001 at age 93. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry; her sons, Bob, Don, and Dick; her daughter, Ethel and her grandson, Tim. She is survived by two daughters, Betty (Herb) Wieme of Spencerport and Ann (Lou) Micciche of Rochester; daughters-in-law, Lorraine, Karen, Diane and Denize; sister-in-law, Helen Reagan; 39 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Ogden Senior Center and Ferris Goodridge American Legion Auxiliary #330.

A Memorial Mass was held January 6 at St. John's Church, Spencerport. Friends wishing may have Masses offered or contribute to the Ogden Senior Center Nutrition Fund in her memory.


•Morgenberger, Peter C., suddenly January 2, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 40 years Eleanor; two daughters, Alicia E. (Richard) Schober of Cupertino, California and Jeneanne E. Morgenberger of Rochester (Jerry Falzone and beloved granddaughter, Amanda Falzone); his sister, Celia M. Syer of Spencerport; sister-in-law, Dolores P. Yeaton of Webster; David Fee of Chili; several nieces, nephews. He was a lifelong resident of Spencerport and was owner of Morgenberger Machine Rebuilders.

A Service of Remembrance was held January 7 at the Elmgrove United Methodist Church. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 3049, Syracuse, 13220 in his memory.
