Five Spencerport athletic teams have been awarded the MCPSAA Team Sportsmanship Award for the fall 2000 season. This award is voted on by their fellow competitors and teams in their league.

The Boys Varsity Soccer Team is coached by Tom Etsler and finished the season with a record of 6-11-2. The Girls Varsity Soccer Team is coached by Jessica Stanton and finished the season with a record of 8-8-3. The Girls Varsity Swim Team is coached by Eileen Buck and finished with a record of 5-9-1. The Modified A Football Team is coached by Scott DeSimone and Bill Jacoutot and finished with a record of 7-0. The Boys Modified Grade 7 Soccer team is coached by Dan Brust and finished the season with a record of 10-1-1.
