Chili Community Center winter programs
Creative Dance Movement: For ages 3-5. Children will be introduced to a very basic ballet, tap and tumbling movement. Ballet shoes are recommended. Music is geared to preschool child. Classes held on Tuesday from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
Tap/Ballet/Jazz: For ages 6-10. Children will be taught the basics of all three dance forms. Ballet shoes are recommended plus a pair of hard sole shoes for tap. Classes will be held on Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m.
Tap/Ballet/Jazz: For ages 4-6. Basic ballet and tap. Ballet shoes are recommended, plus a pair of hard sole shoes for tap. Classes will be held on Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m.
Karate: Black belt instructors teach classes for ages five and up. Ages 5-7 attend Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Ages 8 and up attend Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Dog Obedience: For dogs eight weeks and older. Classes are held at the Center on Wednesday evening or Saturday morning. Call 352-7937 or 271-0812 to register.
Body Tones: Exercise to music. Group fitness classes, M/W/F 9:15 to 10 a.m.; M/W 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. or 7 to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 to 10 a.m. Seniors: age 55 and over, T/Th 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Special rates for seniors.
