| St. John's students do the "Write Thing"
On Friday, February 16, Toni Palumbo, a fourth grader at St. John the Evangelist School in Greece, was honored at a performance by Child's Play Touring Company at Nazareth College. She wrote a poem titled "Why?" which was dramatized by Child's Play. Her poem was selected from approximately 200 entries from local schools. Receiving honorable mention awards were St. John's students, Tyler Surdi, Colin Keenan, Marissa Gionta, Daniel Quinn, Audra Brown, Eric Ruffino, Kevin Richard. Child's Play Touring Company is a professional, non-profit theatre dedicated to dramatizing stories and poems written by young people. |
