The Spencerport Sports Boosters Club's fundraiser, Toys for Sports, is scheduled for Saturday, April 7 at Cosgrove Middle School. The toy show and auction, featuring antique and modern toys, sports cards and collectibles, will benefit the district's athletic programs.

Bob Persia, a psychologist at Cosgrove and main organizer of the event, says there is a variety of toys. Some are on exhibit in the display case at the middle school. "This is a fun way for the community to support Spencerport's athletic programs," says Persia. He expects the toy show to become an annual event.

The toy show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The auction begins at 3:30 p.m. and will end at 5 p.m.
