The Hilton Central School District Board of Education has called a special meeting Monday, March 26, at 7 p.m. to hear a presentation of the proposed 2001-02 budget by Assistant Superintendent for Business Steven Ayers.

At the same meeting, the board will recognize Village Elementary School teacher Beverly Thompson who received a prestigious National Science Foundation Presidential Award for Excellence in Science Teaching.

The regular Board of Education meeting will be Tuesday, March 27, at 7 p.m. and will feature a presentation by The Thomas Group, an architectural and consulting firm from Ithaca, NY, which has been preparing the Scope of a Capital Project. Both meetings will be held in the Board Meeting Room, 225 West Avenue, Hilton.
