Celebrating the spring season, Springdale Farm is hosting its annual Sheep Shearing Festival on Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 696 Colby Street in Ogden. The public is invited to this event, at the activity fee of $5 per car.

Families can enjoy sheep shearing and fiber arts demonstrations, wagon rides (weather permitting), strolling Little Bo Peep and other characters, children's games, face painting and interactive exhibits. Hair stylists from Fantastic Sam's of Brockport will be giving free haircuts to children attending the festival. Children can also meet and pet the newborn lambs and other animals in the petting zoo. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
