Golfers wanted to "link" school and career

Registration is open for Spencerport High School's second annual Chipping in for Career Connections golf tournament. The tournament is scheduled for Monday, July 30 at Salmon Creek Country Club. The money raised will support career scholarships for graduating Spencerport students and the high school's Career Day 2002.

Golfers can sign up in foursomes, pairs or singles for the tournament. Team, cart and hole sponsorships are also available. The entry fee is $60 per golfer and includes lunch, a steak dinner, 18 holes of golf, a cart and a keepsake gift. A special $300 business team package for four includes all of the above plus cart and hole sponsorship. Dinner is $20 per person. First-place trophies will be awarded in men's, women's and mixed categories. Fees go up ten percent for those registering after July 14.
