Union Station Park at 3720 Union Street, Chili, across from Monroe County's Black Creek Park, will be dedicated May 10 at 1:30 p.m.

A donation of land from James Howarth of Earthborn Builders and a grant for $300,000 from New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation made the creation of the park possible. A nature trail, tennis courts, handicap accessible fishing access, soccer/football field, basketball courts, baseball field, a playground, exercise trail and picnic facilities are planned for the area. The project is expected to be completed in December 2002.
