An Open House and Miniature Horse Production Sale at Kateland Farms on Sunday, July 8 will offer a diversion of a different sort to those who attend. Thirty of the farm’s miniature horses will be for sale, including many pinto and weanlings, yearlings, breed mares and geldings. Trained driving horses will also be on the sales list, including several with winning show records.

The Open House runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. An ultrasound demonstration by Dr. Carol Pepper takes place at 10 a.m. Entertainment by the eight-horse miniature driving team is at 1 p.m.
