Letchworth offers summer programs
Come journey into the summertime lives of plants and animals under the guidance of park interpretive staff. Explore the historical roots of Letchworth State Park and the Genesee Valley with historians, crafters and other speakers.
A weekly schedule of family programs offers short morning and afternoon walks seven days a week. The 25 programs, repeated each week in July and August, serve as a basic introduction to the storybook of what is Letchworth State Park today.
Park Interpretive Programs are offered throughout the year. These programs include field trips and lectures for schools and organizations. There is also a step-on-guide service for commercial bus groups planning to tour Letchworth State Park. For fees and more information call 716-493-3616.
