Parents of Brockport Central School District students in need of transportation to/from a child care location must fill out a request form and send it to the Transportation Department by Wednesday, August 1, 2001. The district is unable to accommodate more than one babysitter per child, which means that transportation can be provided to and from the home address or to and from one babysitter address, according to district representatives. Forms are available at the Transportation Department or the Main Office in each school building and on the district's web site at http://brockport.k12.ny.us (click on the bus icon).

All students in a family may be listed on one form. Completed forms may be sent to the Brockport Central School District Transportation Department, Attn: Routing, 40 Allen Street, Brockport, NY 14420.
