Michael Zeman has been named as Spencerport's new boys' varsity volleyball coach. He is a graduate of Webster High School where he was an all-state player. He received his M.S. degree in Kinesiology from Penn State where he played volleyball for two years. Zeman was also the assistant coach for the Penn State Women's Volleyball team for the last five years and was part of the Nittany Lions NCAA Division I Championship team in 1999.

Zeman replaces Kirsten Hopsicker who led the Rangers to a 16-7 record last year. She has taken a teaching and coaching position at Eastridge High School.
