SUNY Empire State College holds information sessions
The Genesee Valley Center of SUNY Empire State College will hold public information sessions throughout August at its location at 1475 Winton Road North, Rochester. College representatives will be on hand to answer questions about its unique, individualized study programs which can lead to an associate or bachelor's degree.
The information sessions will be held at the college: Monday, August 6 at 5:30 p.m.; Thursday, August 9 at 7:30 p.m.; Wednesday, August 15 at 7:30 p.m.; Tuesday, August 21 at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, August 23 at noon; Monday, August 27 at 10 a.m.; and Wednesday, August 29 at 5:30 p.m. Call 716-224-3200, for a reservation to attend an information session or for further information. The sessions are open to the public without charge.
In addition, working adults interested in a master's degree, but unable to attend weekly classes, can obtain information on the college's new M.B.A. program, or its master's programs in business, labor or social policy, and its M.A. in liberal studies degree by calling the college's Office of Graduate Studies at 1-800-468-6372.
