The Gates Chili Family Branch of the YMCA of Greater Rochester will hold its 2nd Annual Invest in Youth Golf Tournament on Friday, August 3, at Deerfield Country Club in Brockport. Sponsored by Heidelberg, the tournament will help raise scholarship monies for underprivileged community youth to participate in YMCA programs.

This scramble format tournament will begin at 12:30 p.m. with a shotgun start. Lunch will be served prior to the start of the tournament following registration, which begins at 11 a.m.

Participation is open to the community. The fee per foursome is $300 and includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, two carts, a catered banquet, an awards ceremony, raffles, and prizes. Contests for longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one are also provided as part of tournament registration.

Community members who do not wish to golf can still support the tournament. Hole and cart sponsorships are available at $75 and $30, respectively.
