The Brockport High School Class of 1951 holds their 50th Reunion on August 11. The interest is not just from the 1951 class but from the many friends in the classes of 1950 and 1952. At every meeting since last fall, committee members have reported seeing or hearing from classmates from all three classes expressing plans to attend this special occasion.

Events include The Golden Gathering at the Morgan Manning House, 151 Main Street, Brockport at 1 p.m. for house tour, displays and refreshments. At 3 p.m., the members of the class will tour Brockport Middle School (which used to be the high school) and at 5:30 p.m. will gather for a welcoming reception at the Pinewood Country Club, 1189 Ogden-Parma Town Line Road, Spencerport. A buffet dinner follows at 7 p.m. A program, "Looking Back While Moving Forward," is planned to begin at 8:30 p.m.
