LaDanse Workshop students competed in three competitions this year - Footloose International, Creation Dance Championships, and Rochester Invitational.

The studio received four Ultimate Victory awards. These are higher scores between 290 and 300 points. Rachel Vanelli also was awarded a special award for her fabulous feet. High scores were given to "Tap Dancin," "Candy" and Overall High Score to "Bolero" performed by Kiera Murray.

For all three competitions the studio was awarded 10 Gold medals and 20 Silver medals. Instructor Maggie Fitzgibbons earned the most unique choreography award for Maggie's Reel performed by Amanda Reichert.

Open house events are scheduled for August 11, 18 and 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Openings exist for Summer Dance Camp on August 13-17.
