Historical photographs and other images of the Brockport area are needed for a pictorial history of the community being prepared by a group of five local historians. The book's authors will be Bill Andrews, former Village of Brockport official historian; Kathy Goetz, Town of Sweden official historian; Hazel Kleinbach, Town of Clarkson official historian; Eunice Chesnut, Western Monroe Historical Society historian; and Jennifer Quigley, former SUNY Brockport archivist.

The book is under contract to Arcadia Publishers of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, which has issued over 1,300 similar volumes. Anyone having images that might be suitable for inclusion in this work is invited to contact Andrews, 637-3721 or wandrews@frontiernet.net.
