Daniel Webster has completed an internship in the Spencerport District Office of Congressman John J. LaFalce (D-29th, NY). He is the son of Rev. Gordon and Gloria Webster of 36 Crescent Drive, Brockport.

A 1999 graduate of Brockport High School, Webster was on the high honor roll all four years of his high school career. He was a member of the track and field and cross country teams, Odyssey of the Mind, National Honor Society, Environmental Club, Mathletes, and chess team. He was the recipient of academic awards in Math and Chemistry as well as a New York State Merit Scholarship.

During his internship, Webster assisted Congressman LaFalce and his staff on a variety of projects including communicating with federal agencies and constituents, researching topical issues, assisting with casework, and performing a number of office administrative duties. Webster is a junior at Hamilton College where he is majoring in philosophy and minoring in public policy.
