The Hilton Apple Fest has been made possible with the help of many volunteers. Sometimes people would like to volunteer but aren't really sure who to call. There is a solution to that.

Anyone interested in cars, motorcycles, or trucks, and who would like to help at the Auto Show, should call Mike at 663-5848.

All other calls to be a volunteer should be made to 392-7773. For those who like to greet people and serve customers, then there is a place selling in the Pop Booth. Volunteers are needed to work with children and watch them fish apples out of Corey's Apple Pond to get prizes. There is also a need for volunteers to sell Apple Fest souvenirs in the Souvenir Booth. Many people enjoy helping by poking 3,000 sticks in 3,000 apples for Corey's Apple Pond. Volunteers poke 1,500 sticks on Friday night and another 1,500 sticks on Saturday night.

Volunteering is easy and fun. Consider bringing a friend. Volunteer one hour or a whole day or even a few hours each day. Some strong muscles are needed on Friday to move some boxes. Call the hotline at 392-7773 to volunteer.
