Gillam-Grant Center's fall community education programs
EZ to Be Fit - a light and easy workout for men and women age 50 and older are held on Wednesdays 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Exerfit and Tone - a low impact aerobic program held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Starting September 20 and ending November 29.
Basic Fitness and Body Conditioning - held on Tuesdays 6 to 7 p.m.
T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) - meets on Tuesdays - weigh-ins at 6:30 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.
Isshin Ryu Karate - Lessons are given at the Byron-Bergen Elementary Gym - starting Saturday, October 6 - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Beginners meet from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. - 10 Saturdays for $25.
Wednesday Night Men's Basketball - starts October 24. Time and gym to be announced. Walk-ins are welcome for all fitness programs.
A Free Heel Densitometry/Osteoporosis Screening - will be held on November 8. Call 494-1621 to make an appointment. Sponsored by UMMC Healthy Living.
Senior Citizen Bowling - Rose Garden Bowl, Bergen - on Thursday, 1 p.m.
