Through Tears to Triumph, a conference helping people who have suffered grief through death or other losses, and to guide people who are helping those who have suffered, will be held Saturday and Sunday, September 29 and 30, at Faith Baptist Church of North Chili, 2954 South Union Street, Rochester.

Wally and Jeannie Stephenson, missionaries with ABWE, will be the conference speakers. Wally has written a book entitled Through Tears to Triumph dealing with his experiences with grief after the death of his daughter and wife in a tragic car accident. The conference will begin with a carry-in dinner on Saturday at 6 p.m., followed by the first session at 7 p.m. There will be two more sessions on how to cope with grief and loss on Sunday at 10:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. For children K-6, there will be a mini missionary conference called "T-H-U-M-B," taught by Jeannie Stephenson. The conference and dinner is free and open to the public.
