Hamlin Republicans endorse incumbents
Hamlin Republicans have backed the two incumbent councilpersons for additional four year terms. Paul S. Rath received 575 votes in the Tuesday, September 25 primary and Shirley Hollink received 456 votes.
Hollink had been denied the Hamlin Republican Committee endorsement this summer. The committee had decided to back retiring Highway Superintendent David G. Rose instead. Rose received 447 votes.
The two Republican candidates will stand unopposed in the November election.
