New members are invited to join in projects of the Hamlin Youth Group. The group helps with community service projects such as work on the new horseshoe pits and helping the local Bread and Thread organizations.

The group also sponsors activities such as attending Swain Ski Center, Pleasure Lanes and Laser Quest. Upcoming events include pizza and movie night, paintball, Horizon Fun FX and an Amerks game.

Those between the ages of 13 and 18 who are interested in joining can call 964-7222. All activities are free for active members.
