Changing Times, Surviving the Holidays - Monday, November 5 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Senior Center. Coping with grief and loss during the holidays is experienced by many older adults but discussed by few. Learn ways to cope in the season of merriment when you don't feel so merry. This program is led by Pat Klees, R.N. from the Monroe County Office for the Aging.
