•Johnston, Howard S., December 15, 2001 at age 83. He is survived by wife, of 60 years, Bertha; children, Barbara (Dale) Schwan, Karen (Paul) Dutcher; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a Kodak retiree in 1978.

Funeral Services were held in Jupiter, Florida.


•Podgers, Charles S., Of Longwood, Florida, formerly of Rochester, NY, died December 19, 2001. Mr. Podgers was a retired realtor. He served in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. Survived by daughters, Cheryl Baraniak, Casselberry, Florida, Patricia Miller, Geneva, Florida, Sandi Jackson, Lake Mary, Florida; sons, Charles Podgers, NY, Donald Podgers, Titusville, Florida, and Bob Podgers, Hilton; brother, Kenneth Podgers, Hilton, and sisters, Elsie, Port Charlotte, Florida, Nancy, Lyons Falls, NY; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild.


CHURCHVILLE

•Maniscalco, Sandra Mae, Formerly of Churchville, in Bradenton, Florida, Thursday, December 20, 2001. She is survived by husband, Ralph; her daughter, Tammy Kocher of Caledonia; her sons, Todd Maniscalco of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Timothy Maniscalco of Greece; her mother, Gwendolyn Nicolosi; and sister, Michelle Cooper, both of Belgrade Lakes, Maine; brother, Wayne Nicolosi of Auburn; seven grandchildren.

Born in Plattsburgh, NY, Sandra settled in the Churchville area in 1960. She worked for six years as secretary to the Dean and the Director of Development at Roberts Wesleyan College. She also worked for 10 years as secretary to several department heads at RIT.

A Memorial Service was held December 29 at the Avon Wesleyan Church, Avon. Memorials contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.


•Richards, Eunice E. (Butcher), Sunday, December 23, 2001 at age 90. She was predeceased by her husband, Merton I. Richards. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Resides; her brother Ernest Butcher; her sister-in-law, Marian Carson; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church.

A Funeral Service was held December 26, at Walker Brothers Company Funeral Home Inc., Churchville. Spring interment in Riga Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Memorial Fund of Pearce Memorial Church, 4322 Buffalo Road, North Chili, New York 14514 in her memory.


CLARKSON

•Weddington, Timothy N., Suddenly, December 21, 2001, at age 39. He leaves behind his daughters, Chelsea, and Breyauna in the loving care of their mother, Robin. Also survived by his father and mother, John and Julene Weddington; his brother, Dwight (Donna) Weddington, and their son, his nephew, John Henry; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services were held December 27 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton. Interment, Garland Cemetery. Those wishing can make contribu-tions to an Education Fund for his children.


HILTON

•Mahoney, John F., December 21, 2001 at age 76. He is survived by his wife, Susan M. (Ferraro) Mahoney; his children, Barbara Jo, John J. "Jay" (Laura) Mahoney both of Virginia, Michael P. (Betty) Mahoney of Fisher's Landing, NY; six grandchildren, Simona, Benjamin, Katie, Patrick, Ethan and Cullen Mahoney; his brothers, William (Virg), Frank Mahoney of Minnesota, James (Jean) Mahoney of Ohio; many nieces, nephews and good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, James Joseph and Mary Ellen (Towey) Mahoney; his brothers, Edward and Lawrence Mahoney; his sisters, Mary and her husband, Richard Amberg and Margaret Mahoney and sister-in-law, Eleanor Mahoney all of Minnesota. Also leaves his devoted cat "Patch."

He was a Navy veteran of WWII, retired Radar Chief, Rochester-Monroe County Airport. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, golfing, traveling and reading.

A Memorial Funeral Mass was said December 28 at St. Leo's Church, Hilton. Private interment with Military Graveside Honors at Parma Union Cemetery. Those wishing can make contributions to Rochester Humane Society or charity of choice in his memory.


NORTH CHILI

•McElver, Harold H., Monday, December 24, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alice J. McElver; his daughter, Patricia (Thomas) Pschierer; his sons, James (Leslie) McElver, Jack (Donna) McElver and John (Linda) McElver; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company, a member of Chili American Legion Post #1830 and was Past Commander of VFW Post #6591.

Funeral Services were held December 27 at Walker Brothers Company Funeral Home Inc., Spencerport. Spring interment will be in North Byron Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Chili American Legion Post #1830 or to VFW Post #6591 in his memory.


SPENCERPORT

•DiVincenzo, Michael J. MD, Sunday, December 23, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Arlene R. DiVincenzo; two sons, Michael J. DiVincenzo Jr. and Mark (Fiancee Stacey Shortino) DiVincenzo; three daughters, Teresa (Matt) Budziszewski, Mary (Mike) Lobene and Pamela (Fiance Todd Chiarilli) DiVincenzo; brothers, Dr. Dominic (Barbara) DiVincenzo and Richard (Pat) DiVincenzo; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said December 28 at St. John's Church, Spencerport. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association in his memory.


•Rohr, Harriet (Sheehan), December 22, 2001 in Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of Spencerport. Predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Rohr, Jr., she is survived by a son, Robert J. Rohr (Mary), and a daughter, Bonita Caton (Brenon); two grandsons, Scott Caton (Bonnie) of Spencerport and Eric Rohr; two granddaughters, Kym Woodard (Jon) of Spencerport and Miranda McGovern (Brian); eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
