The Kendall Eagles boys basketball team went on an 111-4 burst in the third quarter to pull within two points of the lead, but dropped the championship game of the Holley Tournament 60-51 to Albion.
Trailing by three points after three-quarters of play, the Eagles fouled Albion repeatedly in the final minutes of the game. Albion was 10-14 from the free throw line down the stretch to seal the victory.
